Tasty and healthy! Some vitamins are in gummy form, and due to childhood nostalgia, I wished to eat more. During use, I found that my hair had stopped falling out, which was a relief as I previously faced severe hair loss. Highly recommend.

I used this alongside zinc and omega pills with great success. The hair loss has significantly decreased, and after undergoing a harsh diet, my skin is better than ever. It certainly works for me.

Improved nails
